Capital Campaign Update November 2024We made tremendous progress on enhancing our church facilities. These include:
- The installation of an elevator
- The construction of the narthex
- Brand new bathrooms off of the narthex
- Remodel of the social hall and kitchen
- Remodel of the downstairs bathrooms
- New flooring on the upper level of the church
- Increased accessibility/ease of traffic flow on the upper level
While these projects have been completed and we are at the five year mark since our campaign first launched, the fulfillment of your sacrificial financial pledge remains vital as we look to the completion of the new building at St. Timothy Catholic School in partnership with Shea Homes. As the project wraps up next summer, we will be responsible for $1.6 million of this $8 million
facility. Your continued commitment helps us cover these costs.

Partnership with shea homes
Our Daycare, Preschool, and K-8 School form each child in the image and likeness of Christ by teaching Gospel values and promoting academic excellence from 6 weeks to 8th grade. In the Spring of 2022, we entered into a multi-year partnership with Shea Homes to help us improve and expand our K-8 facilities. The first phase (figures in the table below) was completed in the summer of 2022. Phase 2 began in summer of 2023 and will be completed by June 2025.
